Introducing Michael’s Foundation’s guest Wellness Coach (above on right), Colure Caulfield!

Colure (ERYT-500, YACEP) has over a decade of professional experience working as a leader in the health and wellness field, specializing in teaching, leading, and developing mind-body wellness programming that integrates diverse approaches – such as Yoga, Ayurveda, mindfulness, functional movement, and corrective exercise – to help individuals from all walks of life achieve their personal wellness goals. Colure has an academic background in exercise science, physiology, and kinesiology, and she is completing her Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy and Philosophy this Spring. She is passionate about utilizing her expertise in Yoga and movement science to help guide students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds develop a personalized wellness practice that enables them to live strong, healthy, empowered lives. Colure believes in the transformative power of this practice to effect positive change – both personally, and globally – and she is committed to making a difference in the lives of those she encounters, both on the mat and off.

Michael’s Foundation’s C.O.O., Eileen Daley, met Colure over 10 years ago when she was teaching at a yoga studio where Eileen practiced. Colure instantly became Eileen’s favorite teacher, and we are thrilled to have her on property to lead wellness workshops for our Veterans and community!

Come meet Colure THIS *Friday March 3rd, from 6-7:30pm where she will lead a workshop titled, “Intentional Practices of Mindful Living”.  The class will incorporate mindful movement, breathing exercises, and contemplative practice, all for helping with stress reduction and bettering wellbeing.

*Starting in March, Michael’s Foundation is debuting a new, FREE program called Wellbeing Evenings, where a guest Wellness Coach will be featured to cover a variety of practices and exercises for better a veteran’s wellness. Who is this FREE workshop for? 

Veterans and their significant others or adult friends.

What to bring: Nothing, all workshop supplies will be provided by Michael’s Foundation.

  • Friday, March 10th 6-7:30pm Ramona leading Drum Circle

  • Friday, March 17th 6-7:30pm Junior Hornedo, Kickboxing Master, leading a kickboxing workshop for all levels of fitness

  • Friday, March 24th: No workshop due to Resource Fair Event the next day.

  • Friday, March 31st 6-7:30pm: Eileen Daley (topic TBA)
