Join us Friday night at 6pm for an hour of unwinding and bettering ourselves. This week we will have Colure Caulfield as our guest instructor.
*Pause, Breathe, & Be: Daily Mindfulness for Presence & Peace
This workshop will inspire and equip you with simple, practical mindfulness tools and practices to powerfully and effectively cultivate presence, peace, and resiliency in your daily life. Over the course of 90 minutes, immerse yourself in therapeutic movement, breath work, contemplative practice, and lively group discussion, while learning accessible tools and practices of Yoga and mindful living that will support you in embodying a balanced, present, easeful state of being wherever you may go. No experience necessary – all are welcome to join.
