This workshop will equip you with practical, therapeutic tools of presence, connection, resiliency, and peace, while teaching you how to seamlessly integrate these transformative practices into your daily life off the mat. Over the course of 90 minutes, immerse yourself in mindful movement, breath work, contemplative practice, and lively group discussion, while learning accessible tools and practices from Yoga and Ayurveda that will support you in cultivating a balanced, present, and easeful state of being wherever you may go. No experience necessary – all are welcome to join.
