Virtual Meditation Class with Eileen
Start your day off right with a guided Meditation class via Zoom, Free for Veterans and their families! Come as you are and join our community virtually, every Tuesday at 10am. No experience necessary. Please have a journal(or paper) and a pen nearby for
5 minutes of journaling at the end of class.
Class will be 20 minutes long, including 10-15 minutes of meditation and 5 minutes of uninterrupted journaling at the end.
Why Mediation?
Research has shown that meditation improves memory, self awareness, attention, and our ability to emotionally regulate. Meditation has been proven to reduce symptoms of PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and other mental health issues.

Eileen is Certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapy, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and has extensive training in mediation, yoga, yoga therapy, fitness, and nutrition.
