Veterans, bring a buddy and join us for a morning of movement and stress regulation techniques, here at Michael’s Foundation!
Join Eileen Daley, Certified Yoga Therapist and personal trainer for this workshop where you’ll start your morning off right, with coffee and light bites, followed by a variety of self-care and de-stress exercises which include yoga, fitness, breathing exercises, journaling, and more.
What vets can expect: A class that will incorporate time to connect with other veterans, along with movement, journaling and additional tools which assist in managing stress.
10am: Coffee, light bites, and conversation with other Veteran members & their buddies… a great opportunity to make connections and build community.
10:30-12pm: Intention setting, journaling, yoga, chat-time, and fitness exercises.
