Self Care Coaching for Veterans

Veterans, bring a buddy and join us for a morning of movement and stress regulation techniques at The Farm!
Join Eileen Daley, Certified Yoga Therapist and personal trainer, for a variety of self-care and de-stress exercises which include yoga, fitness, breathing exercises, journaling, and more.
What vets can expect: A class that will incorporate time to connect with other veterans, along with movement, journaling and additional tools which assist in managing stress.
Agenda
10am: Coffee, light bites, and conversation with other Veteran members & their buddies… a great opportunity to make connections and build community.
10:30-12pm: Intention setting, journaling, yoga, chat-time, and fitness exercises.
Considerations:
- Never tried Yoga? Don’t exercise often? No worries! This class will be suitable for all levels.
- Please wear comfortable clothing you can sweat in, along with sneakers, and sunscreen.
- Free water & Gatorade, coffee, and light bites will be provided
- We have a limited # of yoga mats to offer (for free), and they will be first come first serve, so please bring one if you have it.
