Veterans, bring a buddy and sweat with fellow vets at Coffee Brews & Moves!
A morning of movement and connection here at Michael’s Foundation, while fully caffeinated!
Join Eileen Daley, Certified Yoga Therapist and personal trainer, in starting your morning off right, with coffee, light bites, a fitness class, and a yoga cool-down!
The intention: Coffee Brews & Moves is intended for fostering community with other veteran members, and increasing well-being through mindful movement- a little fitness, a little yoga, both suitable for all levels.
What can vets expect: A class that will incorporate fitness for all levels, gentle yoga, and time to connect with our veteran members.
10am: Coffee, light bites, conversation starters & chat-time with other Veteran members & their buddies… a great opportunity to make connections and build community.
10:45am-11:30am Fitness class
11:30-12pm Yoga cool-down
- Never tried Yoga? Don’t exercise often? No worries! This class will be suitable for all levels.
- Please wear comfortable clothing you can sweat in, along with sneakers, and sunscreen.
- Free water & gatorade, coffee, and light bites will be provided
- We have a limited # of yoga mats to offer (for free), and they will be first come first serve, so please bring one if you have it.
