COVID-19 policy

Michael’s Foundation is eager to have our veterans, friends, and loved ones interacting on the farm so that we can continue to foster our community and build our bonds in person. Our number one goal is to ensure the health & safety of our team and visitors, while continuing to follow Michael’s Foundation Mission: Supporting Veterans and their families through experience based programming to foster community. The health and safety of our visitors and staff is of utmost importance to us; therefore, we are asking that everyone do their part in following our COIVD-19 policies. Please join us as we navigate through this local and global pandemic. Let’s respect, and protect everyone within our community!

To participate at the farm in any of our free events or programs, we require participants to wear a mask, and maintain social distance when possible. We are also currently requiring reservations for all of our programs and events. No walk-ins at this time due to the limited number of participants we can safely allow to gather at one time.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Let’s help protect and preserve our community together!

As we come through this health crisis within our environment, locally and globally, we will shift our policies to ease restrictions.  Our current policies are heavily weighted by the CDC guidelines, as well as the local impact we are experiencing with the Delta Variant.  As CDC guidelines change, we will re-evaluate our policies.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting Michael’s Foundation’s events, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
